La Costa Oaks
With over 140 sales in the neighborhood, no other Realtor comes close. We’re The La Costa Oaks Experts! Back in 2005 Lorene was hired by Bill Davidson as Sales Manager to sell all of his brand new La Costa Oaks homes. We fell in love with the neighborhood and bought a Davidson home of our own on Circulo Sequoia where we lived until 2011 (now we live a few miles west). We’ve been serving the community ever since. It’s easy for us to articulate the outstanding features of each section of La Costa Oaks and neighboring Arterro and Southern Preserve.
ANDALUCIA TOWNHOMES
In 2006 John was hired as the Sales Manager for the builder of Andalucia Townhomes in Carmel Valley, and he’s been the HOA President ever since. The townhome architecture, attached garages, ideal location, and low monthly fees have made this community extremely popular since its inception.
