Lorene has sold approximately 1200 homes ranging from stacked-flat condominiums on leased land to multi-million dollar homes on the water. Her skills in construction, design and creative negotiation have been finely honed after 30 years in new construction. Although she has won numerous awards for sales, she counts her listening and communication skills as the achievements that benefit her clients most.
She was graduated cum laude from the University of California at Irvine with a degree in Psychology and earned a California Real Estate Broker’s license in 1983. When she isn’t selling homes, you can find her practicing yoga, working in her garden or knee deep in her latest art project.
John is a lifetime San Diego resident with an intimate knowledge of the area’s coastal bluffs, hills & canyons; he’s savvy about the neighborhoods and always informed on market trends. John has been a real estate professional since 2005 with more than $90 million in sales; He’s certified from the Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI). As a former Advanced Placement English teacher with a Master’s degree in counseling, his writing, speaking & listening skills enable him to serve his clients with unmatched skill and professionalism.
